It hasn’t rained in months and I was reading some folklore concerning rain summoning ceremonies (just fascinating really)… which brings me to the question:

If you get three individuals whose sun sign is in Scorpio, Cancer, and Pisces (collectively the astrological water signs)… are they more likely to summon rain if they conduct a ceremony?

Just a thought. I did a little research and didn’t turn up much.
